As in, Hillary gets the delegates anyway because she paid for them in advance. As long as the electoral college still exists we will never have true majority voting. My prediction . . . if we let Hillary take the primary by legal crookery we will end up with Trump in the White House and the immediate collapse of the Republic of the United States.
